We started our searching during the most competitive time to buy early this year and it was very nice to have Ryan’s advice to help navigate it. He was quick to reply when we had questions and explained things thoroughly so we could act fast. Ultimately we managed to find our new home and it was thanks in large part to Ryan knowing exactly how and when to push the other realtor and having all the paperwork in quickly and early that lead to our offer being the one they went with. As a first time buyer, he held my hand through the entire process and was available day and night to offer advice, reassurance and his valuable time. We loved working with Ryan and Ingrid! We spent a couple months visiting homes and keeping an eye on the market before making offers. Ryan checked in with us about what we were seeing and liked, and he was quick to respond to any questions we had. When we were ready to make offers, Ryan and Ingrid made themselves available at odd hours, which was important with the quick turnaround between seeing a house a putting in an offer. We got the first house we offered on. Ryan had talked to the seller’s realtor and found out that our offer would be competitive, even though we didn’t think it would be. He also found out we could put in a preemptive offer, so we didn’t need to compete with other buyers. We just moved in and love our new home!
