“We were up against a pretty firm deadline working with Cory and Hannah as their first baby was due in mid July. In spite of the deadline, they did a great job of persevering through the process of the swings and misses that came with being a buyer in Santa Cruz County.

We eventually found this super cute home nestled in the hills of Felton. It came down to the wire, quite literally, as we got into contract as I was boarding a plane for vacation. It was crazy! But in the end, they were able to move in time to begin the nesting prior to the arrival of their first child.”
